Lead generation, cold calling, fixing appointments, Meeting Corporate client, explaining about the company Profile and closing the deal by making tie ups with the IT Non IT STAFFING / LATERAL Corporate. Able to make budgetting based on the BD initiative and work out on ROI on the Services Selling in Recruitment Business Understand various approach of marketing using Field, social, technology Business development initiative
Business Development Activities :
Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients Strong Experience in Recruitment Business Development Esp- Volume Hiring, Executive Service and Start Up Potential hiring Explore International markets for Business Tie Ups with Vipany Develop new business in the assigned vertical.
Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads Client Validation for have quality Pipeline Critical Deliverable Build a serviceable sales pipeline of open positions to meet periodic revenue goals. Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams Highly sensible in reading the in- between lines of client requirement and Business pain for value added service.
Ensure signing up the clients for the services. Analyse the client's requirements and discuss with specific team managers Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics. Coordinate with other team members to ensure the delivery of assignments in a timely manner. Strong communication skills Build connectivity at HR Director / MD / President / CEOs level. Having Strong Business development experience in the following verticals with extremely strong contacts in domains such as Contract Staffing, Perm recruitment.
Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required. Develop new lead and business relationship with Hiring Managers for getting New Job position. Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new client acquisition in IT & NON Staffing. At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in Business Development in IT & NON staffing with excellent contacts with top companies, direct clients and should be able to get immediate business.
